Confit Codfish with Red Pepper and Olives


Hand Shredded Codfish, cooked very slowly in 100% extra virgin olive oil, over a long period of time at low temperatures, with 0% addiction of chemical assets.

Bekas’ tip 

  • Stater – make a bowl shape with potato chips and just put the preserve inside. Enjoy.
  • Main course – serve the preserve with boiled chickpeas and boiled egg, just season with
    parsley.
  • Snack – toast a slice of bread, brush it with olive oil from the jar and put some of the preserve
    on top, it is delicious.

Ingredients: Hand Shredded Codfish, Red Pepper, Olives and Pennyroyal.

Preserve at temperatures between 10ºC and 15ºC.
