Hand Shredded Duck, cooked very slowly in 100% extra virgin olive oil, over a long period of time at low temperatures, with 0% addiction of chemical assets.
Bekas’ tip
- Starter – mold some shortcrust pastry into pie shape and pour some of the preserve inside, if you prefer put some shredded cabbage inside. Cover it with some pastry and brush the tops with egg yolk. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180ºC.
- Main course – Prepare some fried rice. In a baking dish pour some of the rice then the preserve and on top the rice left on the pan. Put it in the oven for 5 minutes on grill option.
- Snack – serve the preserve on toasted bread and enjoy the company.
