Confit Mackerel with Lemon and Coriander


Hand Shredded Mackerel cooked very slowly in 100% extra virgin olive oil, over a long period of time at low temperatures, with 0% addiction of chemical assets.

Bekas’ tip

  • Starter – open some chicory and filled them with the mackerel filets. Decorate with some corn.
  • Main course – boil some potatoes for 20 minutes and season them with the olive oil of the
    preserve, just enjoy them with the preserved fish.
  • Snack – toast some slices of a traditional loaf of bread, spread some olive and gin tapenade put
    the fillets on top and serve with fresh white wine.

Ingredients: Hand Shredded Mackerel, Lemon and Coriander.

Preserve at temperatures between 10ºC and 15ºC.
