Confit Mushrooms and Thyme


Mushrooms cooked very slowly in 100% extra virgin olive oil, over a long period of time at low temperatures, with 0% addiction of chemical assets.

 

Bekas’tip

  • Starter – prepare scramble eggs and at the end add some preserved mushrooms.
  • Main course – make an omelette with the preserve and red onions
  • Snack – serve with toasts and a sausage tapa.

Ingredients: Mushrooms and Thyme.

Preserve at temperatures between 10ºC and 15ºC.
