Hand Shredded Mackerel, cooked very slowly in 100% extra virgin olive oil, over a long period of time at low temperatures, with 0% addiction of chemical assets.
Bekas’ tip
- Starter – open some chicory and filled them with the mackerel filets. Decorate with some corn.
- Main course – boil some potatoes for 20 minutes and season them with the olive oil of the
preserve, just enjoy them with the preserved fish. - Snack – toast some slices of a traditional loaf of bread, spread some olive and gin tapenade put
the fillets on top and serve with fresh white wine.
